Precision management

Every repair, one ticket.

YRS is how a shop runs work orders. Receive the vehicle against a signed condition report, send an inspection the client answers finding by finding, track parts and hours, invoice what they approved, and hand it back. The client follows the same visit on their phone.

01 — The day

From the counter to the keys.

The shop keeps the statuses it already uses. The client gets a separate timeline in plain words, one card per moment. A dashboard shows the mix, overdue jobs, and turnaround. Due today stays visible, the schedule shows who is on the bench, and the history records who changed what.

  1. 01

    Intake

A car is a record the customer owns: VIN, plate, year, make, trim, color, mileage, fuel, keys, and valuables left inside. The same intake covers a motorcycle, truck, boat, or a bench job. Photos and a condition report the client signs show how it arrived.

  2. 02

    Inspection

Each finding has a system, a severity, photos, a price, and a part grade. The client approves, declines, or asks a question per finding. A single quote still works for a simple job.

  3. 03

    Bench

Status, technician, and a block on that person's day. The next open slot in their hours is a tap away. Start a timer or enter hours. Parts show the date they are due. Extra work after approval is a new estimate version. Earlier approvals stay signed.

  4. 04

    Handover

The client requests a drop-off window, sees the ready time, and confirms handover, or asks for delivery. Collection needs a signature and an ID photo. The invoice has a number and tax.

02 — The board

The shop, in one list.

Pending, diagnostic, waiting for parts, in repair, ready, canceled. Filter to your jobs or the unassigned ones. Put an advisor on a ticket when the client should have one contact, and a technician on the bench. Archive when it is done. Cancel needs a reason; you can reopen it.

On the ticket

Parts, hours, and the number you quoted.

Line items move from needed to ordered, received, and installed. Ordered lines keep the vendor and the PO, and stay on the shop side. The client only sees "part expected Thursday". Labor is a timer or a typed hour count. On Pro and Business, a catalog job fills the name, the rate, and the default hours.

Inspection

The client answers each finding.

The technician writes findings with photos, labor hours, and a part marked OEM, genuine, or aftermarket with an arrival date. The advisor sends them. The client approves, declines, or asks a question on each one. Declined findings stay on the record. The invoice is the approved set only.

Vehicles

The vehicle is the record.

A customer owns vehicles, and visits hang off them, so history follows the VIN or serial, not a typed string. Cars, motorcycles, trucks, boats, and bench jobs. The camera fills the identifier. Intake photos and the signed condition report start every visit from a known baseline.

Estimates

Versions, tax, and a deposit.

Each approval signs a version of the estimate. A later finding or extra work is a new version, and the old total stays as approved. Set a tax rate for the shop. Ask for a deposit on the approved amount, record it when it is paid, and the invoice shows the balance.

Scan

VIN, serial, or the shop tag.

The camera fills the identifier. A tag printed as RO:{id} opens that ticket. Several matches show a picker. Typing still works.

Paperwork

Files the shop actually hands over.

  • Work order
  • Intake sheet
  • Invoice
  • Pickup receipt
  • Asset tag

Pro and Business generate them. Invoices carry a running number and the shop's tax. Clients download the invoice and the pickup receipt. The rest stays in the shop.

Stock

A catalog tied to the job.

On paid plans, link a line to a parts item. The shelf count drops when that part is pulled from stock onto the job. A vendor order that later arrives does not take from the shelf. A labor catalog holds named jobs, an hourly rate, and default hours. Search repairs, customers, and parts from one field.

Crew

Seats, roles, and more than one shop.

Invite staff, set admin or technician, and revoke access. Put any team member on a repair as the client's advisor, or leave it open. Free includes 2 seats, Pro 100, Business unlimited. A person can join more than one shop, up to the plan.

Snapshot

The mix, overdue, and how long jobs take.

Counts by status, jobs past the estimate, completed this week, and average turnaround. On paid plans, a low-stock signal from the catalog shows up here too.

Schedule

Who is on the bench, and when.

A block is a repair, a person, and a start and end. Each person has one block at a time. Booking an unassigned ticket assigns them. Pick the next open slot in that person's hours. The shop sets a timezone and open hours. A blank day is closed. A technician's own week overrides the shop.

03 — Client app

Their car, and the one thing waiting.

Invited clients open the app to their vehicles and the visit in progress. A timeline in plain words shows the latest update. One button appears when something needs them: review the inspection, approve the estimate, answer extra work, sign the condition report, or confirm handover. They can leave a note for their advisor on that visit. Shop-only notes, bench parts, vendors, and the labor timer never reach their phone.

  • Their vehicles across every shop that serves them
  • Approve, decline, or ask on each finding
  • Approve the estimate and extra work
  • Sign the condition report
  • Request a drop-off window and confirm handover
  • Leave a note for the advisor on the ticket
  • Download the invoice and pickup receipt
  • Email when they must act or the vehicle is ready

04 — Plans

Start on the counter. Add the shop tools when you need them.

Annual billing is ten months of the monthly price. Checkout is USD or EUR. A later change in that same currency updates the subscription. Moving back to Free cancels it. Estimates, parts, and labor use the currency on the company profile.
